With efficiency always being our ultimate aim at Seekers, we’ve redesigned our website from the ground up to be compatible for every device and to incorporate our candidate maintained CRM system.

Working closely with one of the UK’s leading web development teams at Bemunchie, candidates are now able to do much more than just simply apply opportunities via the website.

They now have the ability to create and maintain their own candidate profile using the market leading recruitment specific software platform FireFish, whereby they can select which vacancies they are interested in which match their specific criteria in terms of salary, location, seniority, product, position and much more. This way we can ensure that you only receive notifications for opportunities that meet your personal and professional aspirations.

One of the most annoying aspects of applying for a new job is the multiple application processes. So, we wanted to create a more uniformed solution whereby candidates can create and maintain a unique online profile which can then be shared with potential employers – saving everyone time!

We’ve also upgraded our blog section (as you can see) to include content on the latest industry news, events and a selection of useful support videos offering guidance on various recruitment scenarios, such as how to handle a counter offer and how to conduct yourself in person and online during interviews.
